At Zamani, every order is prepared with precision and care. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, we ensure your fragrance reaches you safely and beautifully presented.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days – £3.49
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days – £4.49
- Free UK delivery on all orders over £30.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Packaging & Handling
Each Zamani fragrance is housed in protective packaging, wrapped in our signature tissue, and placed in a rigid mailer box for safe transit.
We take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition while maintaining a premium unboxing experience.
Order Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delays & Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care@byzamani.com with your order number so we can help.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
