Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.
We include a 1ml sample of the same fragrance (unless otherwise stated) to allow you to try the scent before opening the main bottle. Once the seal or cellophane has been broken, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
